“The Alternative to Recreational Soccer”

Program Philosophy:

Our philosophy is to deliver professional, age appropriate instruction to young players with the purpose of developing correct technique, encouraging creativity and building confidence on the ball.

Program Overview:

The Future Stars Under 6 program focus will be on skill development and creativity by providing players with professional soccer training conducted by our highly regarded coaching staff. The season will be three months long, running from early August until the end of October

Through age appropriate exercises and small-sided games, U6 Future Star players will learn basic fundamentals and proper technical execution at an early age while still having fun. Players will play weekend games in a 4 v 4 format which will allow more creativity and involvement in the game and train once a week under the guidance of a TVSC teaching professional. The development of individual skills at this age level is the key to player success at later competitive stages.

U6 Program Highlights:

• Focus on individual skill development and ball mastery
• Qualified, professional instruction from TVSC senior staff coaches
• Our teaching priority is the development of skill over winning
• Once a week training (12 weeks) – 8 Games (9/11 through 10/30)

2010 Schedule:

Team Selection: August, 2010
Fall Season: August 10 to October 31
Training Times: One hour per week 4:00 – 6:00 PM time slot
Games: Saturdays – One hour 4v4 Format
Location: TBA

Program Fees:

The program fee and registration is $300.00. Fees include all training and coaching over the three month season. The uniform cost for the Future Stars U6 Program is $90.00 and includes one jersey, one short, pair of socks, and an adidas soccer ball.
